This is from an email this morning, from Lisa Rudgers, University of Michigan Vice President for Global Communications and Strategic Initiatives:
“I am pleased to announce that Jordan Miller will join the Office of the Vice President of Global Communications and Strategic Initiatives as the first director of social media for U-M. Jordan will begin the new position March 1.
She will be responsible for creating and overseeing the university’s social media strategy, aligning it with the U-M brand, developing new audiences and engaging those already following the university through social media.”
The rest of the email went on to cite the many credentials and prior experiences of Jordan Miller, from her time in Paris to her experience with a Superbowl commercial. Bravo, Jordan!
