Organizers of the Campus of the Future colloquium invited students to submit projects reimagining methods and spaces for teaching and learning at Michigan in the 21st century. Michigan Creative created a website and a series of materials to promote the competition and its events, including a grand finale where $30,000 in prize money was awarded to the top three ideas.
The initial year of U-M’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategic Plan implementation included several new DEI initiatives being incorporated into the university’s mission and operations. That progress was documented in the Strategic Plan for DEI: Year One Progress Report that was designed by Michigan Creative and shared with the campus community during U-M’s annual Diversity Summit.
